Engine channel maps?

I've successfully uploaded a full scan for my 2015 Q3 to the reference section but how do I create the engine channel maps? Is it somewhere in TFM I haven't found yet (or just didn't understand)?

I'm making use of the kit - I've now got auto-folding mirrors. I was going to add auto-hold but that's one of the changes in the FL Q3 as module 53 has apparently been amalgamated into module 03 so we don't know if it's possible to re-code it yet.
