I'm trying to enable the heated steering wheel coding on a 2013 S7 and receiving an error message 31: Request out of Range. Any ideas why? Software issue? Incompatible module?

- Security Access -> Enter security access key provided (probably 40168) -> Do it!
- Coding -> Long Coding Helper -> default value was 0000FC
- Check box for Byte 1 Bit 2 - Steering Wheel Heading Installed
- New coding value is 0004FC
- Try to save new coding value to module; Received Error Message: Coding rejected Error 31: Request out of range
