hope someone can help, ive got a 2007 golf plus with central locking issue..... drivers rear door not locking/un locking

so why don't you use a wiring diagram & find out what's missing or at least wiggle some wiring to see if comms return ?

I don't have access to a wiring diagram im afraid (auto data doesnt have it)..... Ive found they isn't a signal coming to the unit but not sure if the signal comes from the drivers door module or a body control module??

My guess? TA broken wire somewhere near the door hinge.

However, it bothers me that VCDS isn't talking to a number of other modules as well, while the CAN Gateway does not report these as off-line:

just at update boys.................. broken wire at the drivers front door!!!!! should of been real easy except for me over completing things
