Just registered my new HEX V2 interface... So info should be at your end for validation.
Did get a pop-up that Cloud Registration failed (or something like that???)
Can you confirm all is correctly submitted and now also linked to my forum account?

Yes, Verified.
Not sure how you got a "Cloud Registration failed" message. There's no Cloud account for the HEX-V2; that's a HEX-NET only thing. In principle, the utility shouldn't let you try to create a Cloud account if it's talking to a HEX-V2, but you may have encountered some soft of glitch.

I submitted the form and forgot to add "please check my forum status" could you please verify, thanx.
At present, I cannot. I cannot find the e-mail address you joined the forum with in our customer records. The string you provided as a serial number is the FCC ID, not a serial number. So while I can surmise that you probably have a HEX-NET, all HEX-NETs have the same FCC ID and that doesn't narrow things down much. Please feel free to PM me with the serial number VCDS shows on the About Screen, or even the serial number from the main product label on your interface.
