Hello - New to the forum. I registered my device and also created an account/membership for the forum last week. Everything seemed to work OK but I'm still seeing the message that my registration is under review.
Can you tell me if there is something I've missed or if I still need to wait?

I can't find a VCDS interface in our records registered with the e-mail address you used for the forum. Is it possible you used a different e-mail address?

Uwe - Yes, they are. I did the device first, the forum later and used a different email. Do they need to be the same?
Sorry if that caused a problem. I can change one so they both match, if necessary, but I'll wait to hear from you first.

Uwe - I've changed my email address so that they match and I've also added my the serial # for my cable (although now I'm not seeing it in my info?).

thank you. i just posted about getting a "no controller error" message im now getting. any help would be great.
it actually says "no response from controller" ive tried on different cars, same issue. tested port was ok.

G’day, I signed up yesterday and received the email stating my user account is good to go, i am still getting a banner on the top of the forum pages saying my registration is still under review and that I can’t start a thread ?
Did you read the very first post in this thread? The VCDS system you provided the serial number from when you joined the forum is not yet registered with us.
