It doesn't look like you entered any serial number when you joined the forum, but no matter; the one you supplied to me via PM got you Verified just now.

What makes you think you were ever Verified?
  • All five of your posts are in sections of the forum that do not require verification.
  • We have no record of a customer using the e-mail address you joined the forum with.
  • You did not provide a serial number when you joined the forum.
  • You did not provide your full name when you joined the forum.
  • You have never posted a proper Auto-Scan.
Feel free to PM me with an interface serial number from the About screen in VCDS and we'll go from there.

Fixed. Problem was you didn't put "Please check my forum status" in your (legacy) interface registration.

Hi when i try to register i take my lap top to car to plug in and within a few seconds of doing that the wi-fi becomes unavailable i had to use my daughters mobile contracted phone to complete the updates to my cable but would not let me register what do i need to turn off on my laptop Thanks

You do not need to be at your car to register or update the cable. Take your laptop and your cable someplace where you've got good WiFi. See also:
