    Thanks I will contact a dealer and try and purchase a copy. It is worth having the phone system work properly if that is causing my issue.

    Step #1 get a real charger, step #2 get real cds, step #3 follow the instructions in the TSB!

    FWIW, the TSB states that Disc #1 needs to run TWICE before even attempting Disc #2. Something you seem not to have done either...

    I tried running Disc 1 many times following the instructions I had been sent with the files. I had read on one forum a person had similar issues running disc 1. He ran disc 2 successfully and was then able to run disc 1. I was able to install disc 2 as per the instruction but not disc1. I was not so lucky.

    Sebastian, I do get your message. If following this to the letter works I will post. Thanks.
