Coding new battery help

Hello all,

I purchased a new VAO battery for my 2009 Audi S5 and when I use the procedure to register the new value in Vag Com when I add the last digit (26 total) it says invalid number. I am doing the procedure correctly and have counted out the spaces to make sure it is 26 total, but when I hit the last spot it still comes up with error. Here is my sequence: 000915105DL VAO 340818I13Q. Any one out there experience this same issue?

Can you post up some screen shots please?

I was told by Dana Marie Smetanick to add 8KO instead of the first three 000 and see if that takes. I am at my office and do not have a screenshot yet. I will try this tonight, and see if it works. If not I will post screen pics. Thanks for your prompt response.
