Hi All
Seeking some suggestions on where to go from here;
Have a well maintained (by us) Audi S6 V10 that has intermittent multiple cylinder/random cylinder misfires. Seems to have no pattern as to when - can be hot, cold, at idle, driving, cruising etc. Has over time affected all cylinders, and none seem to be more common than others.
Can happen several times in a day, or not at all for 3 months - car is driven several times a week.
We have done the following in the last 10,000kms (some of this for this fault, some of it for maintenance or at owners request) and nothing has made any difference whatsoever.
Replaced all spark plugs (Genuine)
Replaced all ignition coils (Genuine)
Replaced RH HP fuel pump (was leaking)
Removed and cleaned throttle body, intake manifold and back of valves.
Had ECUs reflashed for more power. (Customer request)
Autoscan from today when he popped back in and said it had happened a couple of times.
Any suggestions as to where to next would be appreciated.
