VCDS HEX-NET RMA / Forumspost - "Could not find the page you were looking for. Copy

Dear Forum.

I am here for looking for advise as me HEX-NET suddenly stopped to be reachable through WiFi on ip 192.169.0.1and print error code -11 when trying to update firmware.

--> i need to know, if this can be fixed by my own or will be ab RMA possible ?


Error Code in Safari Browser (VCDS App) : "Could not find the page you were looking for. Copyright (c) HEX Microsystems (Pty) Ltd. 2013."/ The device is also beeping very loud 3 times, again and again.

Actions done
- Try to use HEX-NET cabled with Laptop/Surface --> Adpater working with VCDS Software
- Factory Reset of Adapter through pushing red button 45sec --> no change

Error Code Update Firmware in VCDS : "Error code -11"

Actions done
Retry on different OS and VCDS Installations, cables, OS settings ect --> Result : no change, always same error code

Sounds like the SD card has failed and should be replaced. It needs to be specially formatted and initialized. Contact your local distributor to see if they have one in stock (in principle they should). If not, we can get one in the mail to you next week.
