It means the part number for that module is known to exist in a redir file, but no label file is available, either because there's not in the language you're using, or it simply doesn't exist at all.

In this particular case, it seems that there is one in German, but not in English. Have you tried the Swedish version that your interface is licensed for?

I can't use the language i prefer? Can I manually add the label file, where do I find it?

You can always use English and if your interface is licensed for, let's say, Swedish, you can use that as well.

I downloaded the German version, but I don’t speak German. I have the license for German as well for hex-net. I am surprised though that the label file only exists in German. How about you provide it in English.

A little late to the game, this has now been addressed with the latest data version. In addition the HVAC is now also covered.

Feel free to download the update and install it on top of the existing VCDS Release 23.3.1, upcoming versions will automatically include the new files.
