I have a hex usb can but when connected to my 2020 Transporter Kombi I get a “interface not recognised” what are my options? Should I download the Beta version

No, with a MY 2020, you'll need to upgrade to one of our current interfaces.

PS: All I see in our customer records for you is a "Lite" license. Where/how did you get the HEX+CAN?
