Engine swap and problem with DSG after that CDGA

I have the HW and SW numbers.
I also have the HW number that was fitted in 2016.
They dont match.

Current info from VCDS:
HW: 0AM927769D
SW: 0AM300058P
Component version: GSG DSG AG7 431 4547

The invoice from 2016:
HW: 0AM325025H ZES
No software number, only something called "Mechatronic with software change 32502555"

Whoever changed the clutch didn't do adaptations on their own and software wasn't updated neither? If everything is fine when cold and irregularities start when warm, the mechatronic itself can be suspected, though it has been changed not long ago.
