Hi all, I recently purchased my hex v2 to look into buying an Audi. It is believed to have the steering column issue (and comes with a new column) however I did the scan and got numerous errors. I am wondering if anyone would be able to provide a ‘best’ place to start with diagnostics. Was thinking about the battery then see what changes?

) but it does not even turn on the center console screen, however the dash screen does come on and show the milage (I know there are specific descriptors for these, still learning bear with me!)
