Goodmorning everyone
I have a problem with this bcm pQ35 5K0 937 086J from a vw touran tdi 2012
it is not read with any diagnostic tool
it seems to me that he has a problem with eeprom because they have changed a byte in the electric unit 09
now I want to read this bcm at the table, with which programmer you can do it
thank you so much

Split from this thread because the question has nothing to do with VCDS.

There's a reason why we have this warning in the software about Byte 18:

There are lots of warnings on the WWW and on this forum not to play around with byte 18... Why did you change byte 18? For what purpose?

Bring back right value. If it was "00" then you have to modify it by a tool from poland or bring in the right value besides "00". But if you give the right value we'll need to have a Scan of your car and the right Light types

Good morning
Thanks for the reply
I try today.
I hope it gives me access to the central unit 09 to modify bit 7 in byte 18

Didn't the OP say, "it is not read with any diagnostic tool"?

Sounds like you need to do some basic fault finding - check the power (including fuses), ground and CAN bus connections to the #09 module.

I know some of these units need a closed driver door, and unlocked all doors. Some of them are princess. Did you tried it ? Normally you can`t kill them by bad byte 18 codings. Only a few amount of pieces will die, but it`s hard to recover them after it

thank you very much, AINils for your reply
I had returned that bcm with another used bcm of a similar 2011 Audi A3, it made me work and hedlaghit in front, wipers and arrows. however the brake light no longer comes on.
I copied the code from another bcm of an equal touran
now everything works except the remote control, he didn't want to adapt
thank you for your sharing of this problem
