Hello,
I did an auto can on a VW Crafter 2014 model. CKT engine. The crafter has a brand new ECU bought and programmed at VW on 13/07/2020. VCDS communicates only once with ECU and fails to clear codes. If I want to scan the vehicle again, I have to switch off the vehicle and wait about 5 minutes. If I do not wait I get a no communication message.
I scanned the vehicle and attempted to clear codes and it returned a no communication message and a pop up said, the "VCDS does not have the rods to communicate with crafter LT3 send the auto scan to Ross-Tech. I attach here below a copy of the scan.
