... you probably need a newer Ross-Tech interface... Hex-V2 or Hex-Net!

From the VIN that is a 2020 model year Octavia - which means you need either a HEX-V2 or a HEX-NET to be able to fully access all the modules or to access the #4B module at all.

VAG have made changes to the data formats since 2019 Model Year which mean that the HEX-CAN and older interfaces are not fully compatible, and those changes are too great for any software/firmware fix to be possible.

FWIW, it looks like someone (probably me) fat-fingered the OP's membership here. He has never registered his interface for support, so technically shouldn't be a Verified user. Since he's using a legitimate interface, I'll leave it be for now, but will revert him to New User status at some point unless he fills out this form to register his system.
