Morning folks,

I just wanted to post this here, as I expecting a different result.

My original rabbit had the lowline clluster and non-mfsw

I've since then retrofitted an Mk6 GTI Wheel, along with the "CH" MFSW module, and I just now was able to get an MFD cluster with corresponding keys.

I figured that the right buttons on the Mk6 wheel wouldn't work, but they do! :D

(and yes im changing the clock faces/needles to GTI ones..the lowline facia is awful ideed!)

The radio is an RCD-330+ if that changes anything.

If you have the CH steering wheel electronics this supports both communication protocols. Lin1.3 and Lin2.0
Good work👍🏻

Ohhh, i was thinking about that on my way back from the junkyard and remembered that it has both protocols...

But doesn't the cluster itself also limit the communications' abilities (mk5 red vs mk6 white?) Or does the cluster 'limitation' affect what the screen will show (radio, sd card, nav, etc?).

Cluster has indeed also its limits. Next step is black/white cluster? ;-)

I already have 2 mk6 mfd clusters w/fobs. I also have a complete mk6 golf dash...

I need to change my MK70 abs unit to a mk60ec1.. i know.

48$ for the dash with the passenger airbag... lol (that's 48$ CAD ;) )
