Golf Mk7 manual ac tweak question. Possible?

Hello, all,

I had a ride in awful rain. Now i want that my manual ac OFF button worked as front window defoger (That function which climate control have. you push a window button and ac turn's on, the air starts blowing only to front window and with max speed). I almost crashed trying to find possition of flaps to blow air into window. Is that even possible??? Here's my autoscan (that falt is already gone :) ):

The HVAC controller in you car is not an "analog" device, but VCDS can't re-write the software in it either.

VCDS can only change things that the software in a module has preexisting accommodations to be changed. Such accommodations have to be put there by VAG and/or the control module manufacturer, and if they're not there, then it can't be done.

You can change the HVAC for a climatronic one but it will throw out errors unless you add the additional sensors in, you might also need to change other parts. I've not done the conversion but I suspect you'll need both vent sensors, sunlight sensor and maybe other parts. Maybe someone else can advise?

Surely, even on a manual system, the AC is automatically turned on when you select the "Windscreen" position???

Cars have been doing that since the 90's!

That fault code for the air distribution flap, probably isn't going to help get it blowing on the windscreen though.
