Hi everyone,

I have a golf mk6 and the ABS and ESP lights came when I was slowly passing through a speed bump.
I first checked the suspension and I found that the rear right shock was leaking badly, so I replaced both rear shocks and I cleaned the rear right ABS sensor with pressurized air (i didnt remove the piece of the sensor that is bolted to the wheel bearing). Then I used the VCDS to read the faults (see below). Then I cleared the faults and the ABS and ESP lights were gone for that day. But on the next morning they were back again.

Could you please help me find out what do I need to do to solve the problem?

Regards

I forgot to add... with the VCDS scan I found some faults on the Cent. Elect.
I guess they might be related to the ABS and ESP lights...no?

Getting help in this forum requires the use of a legitimate VCDS system.

They are available directly from us:
https://store.ross-tech.com/shop/cat/VCDS

... Or from any of our authorized resellers:
http://www.ross-tech.com/distributors.php

Let us know if/when you get one and we'll adjust your forum status.

Ops... I didn't know that. I used the VCSD one from a friend.
I'm in Mozambique and you don't have reseller here. I will try to by from the South-africa reseller.

Thank you anyway!
