Hi
We are having a problem with our HEX-NET - It works fine apart from at random times it reports HEX-NET is talking to VCDS Cloud (It always used to say this if you plug it into a car and try to scan quickly but leave for 5-10 seconds and would work fine) but now this pops up while doing an autoscan or when in a ECU:
HexCloudError by DG Motor Services, on Flickr
Once you click ok
then is pops up
HexinterError2 by DG Motor Services, on Flickr
and you have to shut VCDS down and unplug the lead and start again
The above pictures it was between ECU on a autoscan, but sometime it will be in the ECU when it happens
HexinterError3 by DG Motor Services, on Flickr
If you try a port test when this happens it cant find the head:
Hexnet port test error by DG Motor Services, on Flickr
Unplug and replug the hex-net back in and all works again:
Hexnet port test - ok by DG Motor Services, on Flickr
This is the self test for the HEX-NET
HEXNET self test by DG Motor Services, on Flickr
Ive tried different computers and also different cars (CAN and K line)
Hexnet is in infrastructure mode
Ive checked the wifi and internet here (Updated and re-started everything) and also tried to update the hexnet but no updates are found
LED are all green
1 = solid
2 = solid
3 = flashing
Anything else to try?
