Retrofit mk7gtd climatronic on mk6 gtd wont work

Hi there , i am getting a little bit confused the new controller wont lit or work and i get this message something went wrong when i try to open the coding, would.it be possible if i try to refit the old controller open up the coding and try to put the new coding ! Any help would be much appreciated
