i have skoda car with strange sound when pressing accelerator pedal, we changed injector #1 but still same problem

That sound is something mechanical. The CAYC engine is known to quietly gather moisture in its intake, suck it into the cylinders and cause hydrolock, bending conrod(s).

Hello,

That sounds weird... but it also does sound rotational, meaning it could be caused by anything that is connected to the crankshaft. You can remove the accessory drive belt to be sure there is no noise from anything connected to the engine that way.

I would invest in a Mechanics Stethoscope to try and source the exact location of the noise before I started to buy and change parts.

we dont have mechanics stethoscoope but im gonna buy it soon
i suspect the problem be in injectors or pistons, injector #4 injects 1.7 to 2.7 while car is idle while other injectors injects less than 0
i dont know how to check pistons

Hi, do you have more history to the car?
When did this happen, when was car serviced last (driving distance and time), have this car had any impact incidents?

Sounds mechanically, I would not start the car until the problem is solved, at present time, I can hardly find cause to be injectors, sound to mechanically/hard. I might be incorrect, but I would really check out a few other possible causes first, these are cheaper as well.

Have you considered taking the cylinder head cover off (lid/cover secured with 10 bolts/screws in total I think).

Maybe You should try this?
* Ensure engine off, key away from ignition
* Take off engine cover

* Use a special socket head drive and turn crankshaft in engine normal running direction (I assume this will be CW seen from timing belt drive sprocket towards back of engine. Turn engine ever so slowly paying attention to timing belt condition, is there any sheets missing? * Continue turning engine over, minimum 2 turns of engine crankshaft, monitor valve train, observe motion of valves, bushings rocker arms etc.
* Ensure timing is correct, one tooth off might be enough for valves to come into contact with piston(s), several tooth off might cause havoc. lots of good videos online, if You don't already own the magic book for you car (paper or e version)

Vagcom might be used on some engines for finding timing, but personally I would do it manually with respect to the sounds from your engine.

Checking pistons in situ means only observing top and bottom, not sidewalls. This will require removal of injectors or glowplugs to give access for boroscope (camera with thin camers lens). Access from underside require removal of oilsump, both these operations can end up with loads of extra work and cost. Thorough piston inspections deems for removal of oilsump, removal of crankshaft (more often than not), and therefore a big opr, I would not do this until necessarry. I would do initial checks first.
Tell tale of piston failure can sometimes be seen on sidewall, using boroscopo thru GP or injectors with piston in lower pos, but as mentioned, this might be better to do at a later stage

personally I would start as my first reply, and take it from there.

Most people does not have adequate equipment for a good test, the old not pressurized method is more used with a rotating engine, and measures pressure. The better and more accurate methode is a leak thru test, with non rotating motion of engine.
Due to the sounds this engine makes, more rotation of engine is what I am advicing against, but this is my opinion. Using the pressure test system, this engine speed rotation can be eliminated, but as mentioned not to many people have this equimpent. Removing top cover is fairly easy, very little chance of PDO, and will tell if the fragile valve train has become damaged.
For a poor performing engine, without the strange engine sounds, a compression test would absolutely be a good option.

As I wrote, doing the first initial test , take it from there, but starting with piston insp is way down the line, so there I agree with MartinsX.

If one has a compression meter kit with needed adapter to connect it in place of glow plug, then it's not a big deal to upgrade it to leak down tester

If that one has not got two left hands, of course

Problem solved, injector 4 was 2.08 to 2.7 while idle, other injectors was all less than zero, after changing the injector, everything went good
