    Back up of current car settings - VCDS

    Hello

    What's the best way of creating a backup of the current car settings in VCDS?
    In case something goes wrong can you then use this "backup" to restore the settings in the car to what they were before.

    I'm thinking of a Micro-Soft Windows-style restore backup, which can be used to restore you car's computer(s) setings back to what they were.

    Do a complete Auto-Scan, and make a complete set of Adaptation Channel Maps.

    Adaptation Channel Maps saved in Raw Hex format can be restored to individual modules, but there is no "whole car" restore feature.
