Hi all!

Tested a little bit my Passat B6, 2.0TDI BMP for DPF measures. No fault codes, but Pressure Difference at idle = 7.65 (in some moments go up to aprox. 10).

Pressure Difference in driving mode:
2000rpm ~50,
3000rpm ~100,
4000rpm ~199.

Pressure Difference Offset stays -12.75 all the time (negative is ok?).

DPF Load Coeff: 0.0%
DPF Carbon Mass: 108.0 (max value 60gr)
Carbon Mass Learned: 0.0%.

The car have 340 000km (212 500miles) on clock.

Is it time to clean/change/remove DPF? Don't want wait till LIMP mode etc.

Thanks for technical help! Cheers! :thanks:

Hi there,

Posting a complete vehicle Auto-Scan would be helpful :)

"DPF Carbon Mass: 108.0 (max value 60gr)"

I think this (above) says it all..... almost double the "max value"? - with the high mileage, I would look into cleaning the DPF.

Hope this helps,

drpeter
