2013 Q5 Hybrid Retrofit factory trailer hitch

Hi All!

I've been working on adding a factory trailer hitch and control module to my 2013 Q5 hybrid. I've been using this discussion as a guide (https://forums.ross-tech.com/showthread.php?330-2013-Q5-Trailer-Hitch-Retrofit).

So far I've been able to:

Plug in the trailer comnection/detection module
Add "trailer" (item 69) to the Installation list of the CAN Gateway module 19
Recode the Central Electronics module 09 to include the "Trailer Hitch Installed" bit.
Recode Backup Camera coding module 6C by adding 1 to the appropriate digit in the data word.
Recode the trailer module 69 to suit country (in my case USA)

I still have TPMS and ECS warning lights on an I'm struggling with a couple things. Any help or advice would be extremely appreciated!!!
I THINK I need help with the following:

I need to recode the Engine module 01 to include the "Trailer Installed" bit.
I need to recode the ABS module 03 to include the "Trailer Hitch Installed" bit. Security is needed for this activity.

Here is a cleaner auto-scan. It says coding doesn't exist for 01-Engine module. Is this because it's the hybrid? I'm really hoping to do more with my VCDS here. Also still need to figure out how to adjust 03-ABS. PLEASE HELP!

- Ignition OFF 1 minute
- Ignition ON
- Delete all fault codes

We don't have a file for that CHJA Hybrid engine controller.

The good news, because it uses the UDS protocol the only documentation you are missing is Coding. Basic Settings, Advanced measuring values and similar would function properly.

The bad news, the Long Coding Helper requires a label file so it wouldn't have been possible to enable that trailer installed bit without assistance.

We don't appear to have any Control module maps from that engine module so it would be helpful if you could email Support a complete Auto-Scan in addition to Measuring value and Adaptation function maps from address 01. Alternatively, there's a section of our forum dedicated to Reference Scans and Maps of Non-Broken Cars that you could post the information in however sending an email to Support would still be helpful as a reminder so we can add it to the to-do list.
