    Registration

    i have recently paid to transfer and upgrade a 2nd hand cable and now it has been upgrade to Pro but not registered in my name . I have tried to register it using vcds but it doesn't allow me too any advice on how to sort this out thanks in advance

    Please explain what you mean by "doesn't allow me to"...?

    Go into VCIConfig, under the Registration tab, there you'll need to put a tick-mark int the box next to "I understand..." and then toward the lower right, there should be a [Change Customer Registration] button that you can click. Once you've clicked it, you can enter new registration data. Since this interface is already registered, your request will end up in a queue for manual review.

    When i earlier went to try it it said it had failed , but i had already filled in name , address etc then i clicked the understand and then proceeded to submit request . So i gather you have to click i understand and then change ( in that secquence ) then fill in new details then submit it . Got there now and just awaiting email thanks again Uwe
