No DTCs; OBDII Ready;Car runs fine; Fuel trims both =0; Battery fully charged. So perfect?
Select Advanced Meas. Values taken at idle:
IDE00178 Camshaft adjustment intake bank 1: specified value 15.0 °
IDE00179 Camshaft adjustment intake bank 1: actual value 14.4 °
IDE00182 Camshaft adaptation intake bank 1: phase position -0.3 °
IDE00184 Camshaft adaptation exhaust bank 1: phase position -3.0 °
Can someone comment on the meaning of the above readings? Adaptation function gives the same phase positions.
I would like to establish base values for future reference. Should I repeat test at road speed?
I did not attach Autoscan (nothing to show) but for future reference where do I find instructions on this site how to doit?
Thanks in advance.

BTW I do know that a scan is not the definitive way to test cam/crankshaft timing.
