Hi all,

I've been using my Hexnet (serial number 813) since I bought it new many years ago. Always in access point mode mobile since where I work on my cars has poor wifi and generally I'm just reading and clearing codes on my Mk3 golf and Audi 200.

Recently I've bought a mk7.5 golf sportwagen that I'd like to change some things on (stereo sound control while car in motion, etc.) and for the first time have started playing with infrastructure mode.

I think I understand the update process, but keep getting "Internal server error, try again" when I try to do the mobile update. My CB is too old to use either of the the config tool. I've tried doing the mobile update several times yesterday with multiple devices with the same result. The config tool sees the device fine and finds updates without issue (other than it can't install them do to device age).

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Michael

Those were the instructions I followed. I tried it again this evening and got the same error unfortunately.
