VCDS 20.4.0 crashing in client mode Win7

Yes I know Win7 is obsolete

Although Win7 is done I need to use it due to "Reasons".

When I disconnect Hex-NET while on active connection whole vcds crashes. I need to restart the application. It didn't happen on older 19.x release.

For the sake of completeness:

Is your computer connected to the HEX-NET via USB or WiFi?

What exactly does "disconnect Hex-NET while on active connection" mean? Are you unplugging it from the car while it is communicating with the car?

And are you saying this does not happen on Windows 10?

-Hex-NET is connected in client mode via router
-Yes, unplugging while connection is active.
-At this time I don't have a certain way of telling. I can try again on monday and report back.

in 20.4.1 problem still exist. was in 20.4.0. Older 19.x.x worsk fine.

HEX-NET in AP-Mode

it happens when unplug hexnet from car or when lost connection to unit.

Yes....also crashes on win10.

Mine hasn't been crashing, but it just exits the program altogether. 20.4.0 and 20.4.1, windows 10. 20.4.0 was worse, but it never happened on the last versions of 19.
