sorry to be a bearer of bad news but 3D0 941 329 E doesn't support DLA either 100%, that's why I sad A & D because i'm 100% positive that they do.
For coding 55 you need vcp to upload golf parameters then you will be able to code otherwise error 31, also in coding headlight type has to be variant 1 DLA
This is what i mean

i don't seem to understand either just like downtime,
If you think that there is a problem with 55 you can flash it with vcp, upload flash file 7P6 907 357 D frf, after that use vcp to upload zdc file. To upload parameters you must choose erase full memory.
For coding did you try to just code one or couple (2/3) bytes and after that codes ok, then rest, maybe you are trying wrong coding and that's why its rejecting?
After you have coded 55 ok and you have one dtc missing basic setting then you do basic settings (start, wait 5 sec and stop) and then acknowledge basic settings and that's it.
Don't worry for 55 I have flashed and cross flashed and uploaded even wrong parameters many times to same unit to achieve desired results without issues.

upload flash file 7P6 907 357 D frf, after that use vcp to upload zdc file ,
i think i’m doing something wrong in this part if there is a difference in a frf and zdc file
I only used zdc parameters and erase full memory
But not a flashfile
I’ll look into that if i can find a flashfile
Thanks

And before vcp i could do basic settings at VW , a friend of mine works there
But no online (factory )coding because the 55 doesnt match my Car
And now there is also no basic settings possible

STOP!

Step by step.

How do you upload the frf exactly?
Then when you upload parameters, what do you choose there?

Then coding. use VCDS long coding helper to input the right code. Then basic settings.

Like m87a wrote, it should go just fine. I've also updated many AFS modules and uploaded the parameters afterwards. Every time has worked just fine. Remember that when you change the AFS coding it needs basic settings ran again.

try this coding :
Code:
02DA00000B000200

What kind of rear axle you have? Is it multilink or twist link/"fixed beam" axle?

VCP
open vcp go to guided functions
choose apps
choose upload from parameter container than get the message switch on motor not running ,next
then i choose 55 , open parameterfile
choose the file golf7_AFS_7p6907357d.zdc
on the screen by login there are dots i also tried 20103
adress n/a the rest is empty
by datas i can choose
LWR_GOLF_hatchback
LWR-GOLF-variant (this is the one i choose)
LWR-GOLF-sportsvan
AFS_GOLF_HATCHBACK
AFS-GOLF-hatchback-usa
AFS-GOLF-variant-standard-rear-susp
AFS-GOLF-variant-standard-rear susp-usa
AFS-GOLF-variant-multilink-rear-susp (this one i choose my car is 2.0TDI highline horsepower 150 ,tuned to 199 also dsg tuned )
AFS-GOLF-variant-multilink-rear-susp- usa
AFS-GOLF-sportsvan

then choose erase full memory
upload selected data
it starts to run
if i only use the afs file message:ECU flashing succesfuly then close the program
when use LWR whit or whitout afs at the same time : 49 operate checkcheckVWmemoryRoutineUDSwrong checksumm 31 out of reach

How do you upload the frf exactly?

but to get the zdc file i put the vcp dongle i my laptop and open VCP SYSTEM Activator and connect it
than go to filemanagement and download the file

I think what you only need to upload is : AFS-GOLF-variant-multilink-rear-susp
The LWR is basic headlights without AFS functionality.

The FRF file. What did you do with that? zdc is the parameter file but frf is flash file from erwin meant to update the software version of the module.

Based on your autoscan, only thing your missing now is coding and basic settings. The dataset is ok in the headlight range module.

I did nothing whit an frf file , i don’t have it
Only used zdc file
I’ll try your complete code in 1 time
And see what happens
Thanks

Now I'm really confused. You write :

upload flash file 7P6 907 357 D frf, after that use vcp to upload zdc file ,
i think i’m doing something wrong in this part if there is a difference in a frf and zdc file

I understood from that, that you flash and then write parameters?? But apparently you only uploaded parameter set?

But ok. So no flash, just parameters? Then again, only coding and basic settings are now missing.

Aha, okei :)

So now let's concentrate on getting correct coding in. I would expect it's the thing missing now.

This is a coding from similar setup like your car. Except this is NAR so you'll need to manually change the coding with long coding helper.

Code:
022202010B000400

And read this one. Looks a lot like the problems what you have and the solution for the problems :)

Yes, NAR is North America. So change it to RoW (Rest Of the World)
