Car Will Not Start, K Line Failed

I bought a 2005 Audi A6 4F and it did not start (will not turn over). He replaced the steering column (J518) and told me all that needs to be done is get the keys programmed. However, I took the key to get checked out and the key is working. A week later of diagnosing and tearing the car apart inside. I found wiring from aftermarket amp poorly spliced into wires in the trunk and some cut and exposed, contacting the sirius xm module (I cant find out the name of that module). I thought there was a short somewhere. MMI was working but now will only turn on with logo and then back off. The instrument cluster is working, but i get fault code for it. I did not get any before. There is a problem with the K Line somewhere because I can not contact anything on the K Line. Here are my latest scans.

Fuse, Ignition switch or terminal relay?
Car is CAN high/low and K line is there but highly unlikely your issue.

Nope. This car doesn't do any diagnostics via the K-line. It's 100% CAN bus.

Based on your scan, I would say there's a whole bunch of stuff not getting power. You'll have to deploy wiring diagrams and a meter to figure out why.

I absolutely agree with the suggestions to check powers, grounds, relay activation and similar but if someone swapped the KESSY (Address 05-Acc/Start Auth.) module you may have power supply relay issues directly related to incomplete matching. For that reason I would connect to 05 and check measuring block groups such as:

If you need assistance evaluating that data please run a measuring block function map on address 05 and paste the contents here for review.

If everything is OK in the Immo system I'd get into wiring diagrams at that point and try to determine why the Powertrain systems are down. I wouldn't worry about the MOST bus Infotainment system (MMI) modules at this time. Getting 01, 02 and 03 to communicate would be major progress.

Found broken black plastic piece that slides back and forth in the acc /start authorization module under the steering column. It presses the switches in the module. But since it's broken it can push them. Does anyone know if I can buy this part separate or the name of it. I am thinking of buying a new one, but I would like to fix parts and not replace them if possible. Would you say this is causing the lack of power and communication and causing the no start?
