Hi on a VW Golf Mk6 I cannot seem to perform the Adaption to reset the user profiles for the Bluetooth. I think it needs the security code, but I don’t know what it is. The little yellow bubbles not popping up like normal. Using 19.6 HexNet. There are 4 profiles and we can’t add another phone and it won’t let us delete the phones. Any ideas welcome.

You have to erase the profiles via adaption-channel... Look there... change the value from "not erased" to "erased" and click save/do-it. Took me some time to figure this some time ago!
I tried that seems to not work, I assumed I needed the security code first for it to accept.

I don't believe it needs a SA code but there were issues with some of the NAR market 9W7 units and a VW TSB suggested rebooting it so that may not hurt if it is wonky.
Edit, the ADP channel appears to be [*IDE00764*] User profiles but I haven't reset one of those for a while.

Thanks will try that out. That is the code I was trying. Will try to write down the error next it’s a little odd. Something about sub channel not responding or something.
