2007 130 SHUTTLE BUS 2.5 5 Cylinder Cam position. "operation bring back to life"
Hi Guys, First post having sold our T2 bay thought it would be a good idea to take on a non running T5 ..slowly working though all the bits that are non working.. now need a little help. After rebuilding the engine have a cam relation with crank..fine i thought easy timing out so take the front off to look ..yep its half a tooth out..using the locking tool , have a friend take a look he said i have not lined up the train gears with the crank ..before fitting the head..hmmm so remove the cam buckets and injectors so i can turn over to try and find the correct position ..after about an hour found a place where it lined up..woop woop..all back together its runs {just} when you turn it off its like the immobiliser is cutting off the engine.. when it is running the driver is very turbo lag..then whooh away you go. still reading ???.. help.. is there any way i can phase the cam using VCDS ? also would like to disarm the immobiliser if poss...john { thanks in advance }

ps..why is it showing BPC as engine code as its a BNZ ??
