One injector is new,had to change it.I checked exhaust dpf,boost sensor ,new n75 new differencial pressure sensor....turbo is boosting but seems to be to late and too long getting over boost on graf but no faults just one which i posted it.
check for boost leak no leak.

Uwe what to look for in group 11?

got log but not sure how to transfer ower here....on test drive asking for more boost as creates...other hand it good ...low rpm its feels like turbo kick in to late around 1800-2100rpm. i know u send me how to post logs here but seems to be to complicated

Hi, when I look at the Freeze Frame, it does not indicate any boost pressure. Are all relevant vacuum hoses attached? The turbocharger is a VTG charger, it needs negative pressure to build up the boost pressure. You also wrote that you replaced the boost pressure control valve. Have you accidentally swapped the hoses?

what u mean accidentally?i had this issue before cos of this so didnt make difference...all hose attached no boost leak confirm

I meant that it can happen quickly that you make a mistake when connecting the hoses. I probably hadn't read correctly and overlooked the fact that your problem existed before you replaced the valve, please excuse me.

I would maybe first look with a vacuum pump and an external hose to see if the vacuum holds on to the turbocharger and whether the linkage moves slightly to the stop. If so, please drive with the external hose and the vacuum pump. If the boost pressure then rises and the power is there, then you at least know that the turbocharger is mechanically correct and all charge air pipes and hoses do not lose pressure.

At idle you should be able to manipulate the WG arm with a mighty vac and see the deviation and then have a second tech under load actuate and again the log should show in VCDS.

This looks to be a weak air motor or sticky WG VNT not a boost leak.

I would watch the VNT air motor for full range and possible lubricate and clean, they often rust or carbon up.

If so it can be removed from air motor in or out of vehicle and exercised with a fine lubricant then cleaned and a basic setting made of jam nut performed as per the RTFB.

Additionally if a shaft is sheared on turbo charger it could be doing this too in a log or as described symptom!

To verify the turbo shaft turbines, the exhaust will need to be removed and the inlet boot to verify the the shaft is with integrity.

If lubricating exhaust manifold and turbo components, make sure they are clean and dry so no fires can be had during burn off!
