Rebuilt Passat sedan TSI 150 2016 full options

Hello, As the car is not yet gone to the dealer, I want to make the second key work properly.
I can start the car with the second key but not using wireless system. I have to put the key directly on the steering column to make it identified. It's not a battery trouble, I checked it several times.
Any idea, procedure?

Please help; I can't find it in the forum. I think there's already a thread but I don't find it. I just want make the handless engine on working.
