Check pins 38 and 14 very carefully. Are they ok at module side? Are corresponding contacts ok at connector side and are they connected together electrically at connector side? Or 38 is connected to 12, maybe?

Ok, now take a DVOM, switch it to continuity test mode and check continuity between pins 38-14 and 38-12 (connector side)

In reply to your PM, I suspect someone installed the incorrect ASR (non ESP) module. This is a temp screen shot of PL24 by VIN:

https://media.trillian.im/media/?m=...tB3hE9YOJ3Ez3Ft1aPUjqW0yAS4eMvol5ocxeHe9PKg==

If we were to look at scan data from a 1C0 907 379 M unit it would look like:

> Address 03: ABS Brakes Labels: 1C0-907-37x-ESP-F.lbl
> Part No: 1C0 907 379 M
> Component: ESP FRONT MK60 0102
> Coding: 0019970

It also showed a slip ring for vehicles with ESP, brake pressure sensor and ESP dashboard switch so I'm reasonably confident it wasn't incorrect in regards to the ABS module type but do confirm the switch in the car has ESP printed on it.

Thanks for confirming the ESP button is present.

I'm reasonably confident that 0019970 will be the correct coding (that example scan was from a NAR 1Y chassis 1.8T NBC) but feel free to post the Auto-Scan with the new module installed if you have any coding issues.
