The car will start and shut off. I have no power to the instrument cluster or radio. The windows work. The alarm worked until I did a capacitor discharge. I am not able to reach module 17 instruments I believe it is. Please help.

Well, it sure looks like there are a number of things that aren't powering up. You're going to need Wiring Diagrams to see where the things that aren't powering up get power.

Pulled cluster. Checked for 12+ and grounds. All good at the pins. Pulled cluster from donor car plugged in and it lit up like a Christmas tree.
Is there a reputable recon company that can repair these or take the used one I have to the dealer to swap? Or new from the dealer.
