Hi,

can someone please help me to switch off the cold diagnosis in this BCM? At least front parking lights/DRL or at all.
I´ve tried so far (untickle) these:

Byte2 bit2 - "Cold lamp diagnosis active" - NOT WORKING
Byte19 bit1 - "C.D. Front parking lights active" - NOT WORKING
Byte18 and 19 no bit tickled - NOT WORKING

Why?

Is there any sw solution?

You need VCP for this.
Not possible with VCDS.

I still hope that some day there will be any magic keystroke in VCDS to dowload and upload the PQ lighting configuration as raw hex values.. ;)

Thanks for the answer. I have VCP(original, but used just few times), is it there described well(in coding, adp,guided functions...)? Maybe doing adpmaps with vcds before and after can reveal it?(if it is in coding, a scan might be enough)

For bordnetz - I never heard that VCP can do any trick
For BCM - yes ...but not bordnetz

for Bordnetz I only know people play with resistors inside

You're right, sorry. I was too fast associating Octavia 2 with BCM......
