I don't have vcds. He has a mechanic and he charges for a checkup. But he does not know how to adjust true values.

Not all A6 C6 diesel cars are equipped the same, and without a VCDS Auto-Scan we don't know what to advise you.

So your mechanic charges for a "check up" using a pirated copy of VCDS?

You either need to buy VCDS yourself or find a better mechanic.
