Headlights adjustment on 2018 VW Tiguan

I need to adjust autoleveling low beam headlights on my 2018 VW Tiguan SEL Premium. What are my options to consider for this task? A dealership wants $135 for this job. So, I'd rather invest money into equipment and do it myself.

I would think that is doable with a $199 HEX-V2 and a laptop.
