My A6 C6 4F2 2.0 TFSI Control head can not reach

Can some one tell me wat is wrong with my control head and gateway
Did optical test and all OK
Were is the problem MMI control. gateway or control head its self?
This car 88000 km 2011 bought from Korea and all works fine DVD, Juckbox, CD changer and even a Mappy G navigation system works but all in Korean Language :mad:

Not sure. I find it quite strange that it passes both optical and electrical tests, but neither the car's Gateway or VCDS can talk to it.

I can enter into the engineering menu ( setup + Return ) but not the green menu ( Car + Setup )
VCDS cable is HEX+CAN interface for vcds HC44039 Rev. B

I learn from a Dutch side https://www.gerritspeek.nl/vag-com_foutcodeslijst-a.html that the code 00459 of the gateway 19 is a terminal connection between J523 and J533
Where should I look for this

Yesterday had an issue with my MMI, no sound from any of the media. was wondering that was a fuse but not.
Finally went in the luggage compartment and removed 3 plugs from the unit drivers side and put back
This brought it back to live. So I am thinking doing the same with the gateway and control head behind the glove compartment
Do I need to do something prior to do dis?

Found the problem it was the crankcase vent valve (PCV) OEM 06F129101N
Made the change and engine works smooth no high pitch tone anymore

Does the alarm horn have a built-in backup battery?

It's not unknown for the backup battery to fail with age - officially that means a new backup horn, but some owners have opened it up and replaced the battery themselves.
