ACC, lane change assist and blind spot warning

Hi there, I am a newbie and have a problem with adaptive cruise control, lane change assist and blind spot which need to be reset. I am told that I need a factory reset whereas I have been reading on forums that VCDS can change the codes and reset. Can anyone help me?

It's not really possible to tell you what the vehicle needs without seeing a scan.
