    I have looked over the erWin website and would like to know what service to pay for that will provide me with the best source of information on that vehicle/transmission. Will I find my testing and repair procedures by paying for a erWin subscription or should I go to the Volkswagen Literature website and subscribe to ODIS. I really dont need to throw away any money at this point.

    Buy the shortest subscription you can to erWin (which I believe is 24 hours on the US site?), enter your VIN and download everything as PDF files to read at your 'leisure'.

    Wouldn't it be wise to take to third party shop or dealer to document everything for a diagnosis and have done possibly under warranty if they can while copying the EPA and CARB on every step and if not fight about later with agencies just to get it done?

    The MIL comes on it FAILS inspection right?

    Hypothetically speaking via run on sentence and questioning, if an engine has a known defect in cooling system & under recall pervasive across platforms in the EA888 right and cooling system temps are directly a result of cooling issues and temps in engine or transmission bay increased to cause of a vicarious failure resulting in MIL & due to increased under hood temps caused additional friction issues isn't than the trans under warranty and can be linked to useful life quickly in argument of facts by mere VCDS scan?

    Even though the AUX coolant pump is missing from FOIA conformity application does it change the fact that there is a DTC and that if temps increase the GHG remediation for PCV or EVAP are they not impossible to achieve under useful life and linked to useful life warranty?

    Jack, seriously, none of that makes any sense to me and Im tired of trying to figure it out. If you cant GUARANTEE that someone else is responsible for this and WILL PAY FOR IT UP FRONT then just let it die.

    Jack, seriously, none of that makes any sense to me and Im tired of trying to figure it out. If you cant GUARANTEE that someone else is responsible for this and WILL PAY FOR IT UP FRONT then just let it die.
    You would have to ask dealers in your area wouldn't you, as you can see, even guarantees are not with a guarantee to be honored & often you have to make people understand why they must honor a contractual agreement?
