Tweaks problem

hello all


i had a problem in applying tweaks on a specific car which is Seat leon 2017, on vcds its done correctly but it doesnt apply on the car, for example : coming home and leaving home, mirror turn signal off and on and other tweaks, i did tweaks on other cars and they worked fine but this car didnt work, i need to know if the problem in cable or in car itself.
