2009 A4 misses at idle but fine over 1100 rpms

I bought this car with the chain tensioner bad. Replaced all chains and guides and had the valves in the head replaced as well as all new gaskets and front cover. I started it and it was missing at idle. Setting codes for cylinder misfires usually showing cyl 3 first then adding cyl 2 and random multi cyl misfires. At anything above 1100 rpms car is smooth no misfires. Coils and plugs are new. Smoke tested no leaks found including rear main... no oil leaks either. stf is 8 to 10% at idle but zeros out as soon as engine is above 1100 rpms. Any ideas? Possible injectors? This car has had pistons replaced and has the white top crankcase vent. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks for your time. Also front end is still apart(headlights, bumper cover ect.) not sure that would effect anything except throwing codes for air bag and headlights. I also have a broken connector on a cam solenoid if anyone knows where I can buy a pigtail for that.

Yes double checked cam timing its ok. Compression is at 170 across all 4 cyl. Was thinking the electrical stuff was from the car sitting and I have a charger on it now because battery was weak from sitting for a few months. All the light bulb codes and airbag codes are from the front end being apart still. Car is not modified...that I know of.

Yes cams were reused. There was no visible damage(worn lobes) Did not check them for twist.

I checked the cams. Nothing is twisted and gears appear to be in the correct location(not spun on the cam). Exhaust cams slide properly. Anybody have anything else I should be checking?

I thought the same thing. Replaced all 4 injectors with new ones today and same results... missing at idle up to about 11-1200 then it runs smooth. Jack you had asked if car was still modified what led you to believe it was? The only other strange thing I found was the maf sensor wiring plugs in upside down compared to the sensor itself. The clip side of the connector is on the top but the tab for the clip on the maf is on the bottom. It seems to be working like that though so I didn't mention it before but thought it was strange.

Yes it is facing correctly in the air stream. I have no idea about the ecu firmware and unless I can to it with this tool I dont have the means to update it.

Is there any adaptations that should be reset after timing chain failure? This thing is acting like it has an egr issue which is controlled by cam timing. I see there is chain stretch adaptations could something like this be causing the intake cam to have a delayed opening? I have swapped out the vvt valve and magnet from a known running car and it still does the same thing.

Jef, thanks for the reply. Yes that connector is broken I'm waiting on a harness to get here friday to fix that. If I remember correctly it's at 28 degrees then it drops to 0 when I rev it up enough for it to stop missing. I need to recheck but I think the adaptation was around 3 degrees but I will rerun it when I get home from work tonight and repost.

Well Jack, I dont know. Why would someone send me on a wild goose chase knowing that the fault wasnt rectified? If you read the first post I asked if anyone knew where I could get a pigtail to fix that issue but u still went on with 15 things to check. It's not like I left that part out. Thanks for your help but if your goal is to just bust peoples balls I will figure it out hopefully with the help of folks that are here to do just that. Thanks

All these questions and test/checking, and the broken conenctor hasn't been bodged up to at least make a connection???

Zero point in doing anything until you've made that connection somehow, and verified it carries load. Why are you asking about adaptation, if the solenoid isn't even connected???
