Throttle Body Alignment Group no, on a VW Crafter?

Been advised that i might need to do a throttle body alignment and having been though all the groups in basic settings, including 060 and 098, i have not found anything? Only about a dozen or so groups actually seem to be live or have the potential to perform a task.

    Questions:

Does anyone know the group for a throttle body alignment?
Do the groups in basic setting relate to the groups in the measuring blocks?
    Is it within output tests?
Can an output test make changes? so contain something like the throttle body alignment ?

    All help welcome

    Hi James,
We need a full Auto Scan, but I am assuming you have a diesel Crafter so no throttle body to align.
    Regards HMC

    Hi MHC,

will post the auto scan in the next reply but as the vcds does not fully communicate with the crafter (yes diesel) it does not show much, the vcds system does not always read properly, stating Redir Fail!!!

The main point was that before i got the vcds, a mechanic read codes p2112 and P2111 - Throttle actuator control system open/closed which was the first time it was read post loosing power and engine light coming on.

From own research and actually running the output test in vcds to open and close it, i am fairly sure i have a throttle body or throttle valve control element as it might be know, this one to be precise - OEM 076 128 063.

Having seen many folk posting about loss of power etc with other cars etc, and about this part losing settings if power is lost or if the ECM is detached, i thought it might need to re align.

For the "Throttle module", try Basic Settings, Group 124. Prerequisites:
    * Connect a battery charger!
    * Ignition ON, engine not running.
    * Check faults directly in 01-Engine both before and after.

Cheers Uwe but the engine is on Group 91 on the LT3/Crafter and there is nothing available on Group 124 in basic settings sadly.

According OBD mode fault codes there is nothing TB related.
Try to access module 91 directly, as in autoscan mode it doesn't want to show fault codes. There should be some more accurate fault code descriptions and additional FF data available.

Then the German documentation I looked at is wrong. Not sure what to tell you.

Are you able to read fault codes when you access 91-Engine directly?
