Problem with Turbo mode

Have only had VCDS for a couple weeks.

I made some captures last week at 15Hz using Turbo mode, which was great (tracking down a problem with Unitronic tune). I tried again on Sunday and was limited to 4Hz. The Turbo button changed to "9900" when pressed, which I gather is normal.

Any thoughts? Obvious things I could be doing wrong? VCDS has locked up a few times on me when I shut the car down before exiting. Assume this is normal.

Yes, more-or-less expected. If you're patient enough, I believe you'll find it eventually times out, but it's pretty tenacious and will take a while before it gives up.

I'm dumb. I've been forgetting to check Group UDS requests. Back to 16Hz.
