GRA-high: the speed set by CC is displayed in the MFD
ACC-high: ?? I don't know sorry.

All MQB gateways have can extended as far as I know

that is not correct. all MQB HIGH gateways have the Extended bus. LOW and MID versions do not.

ACC-high ==> ACC with max cc Speed 210 km/h
ACC-low ==> ACC with max cc Speed 160 km/h

yeah, that's why everybody has to upgrade MID to HI for some popular retrofits.

the difference between LO and MID is a LIN bus I believe, that's why you can't even have a MFSW with a LO gateway.
