Hey I don't get the hood of a caddy 2013 mod. looks the surface that the wire has gone off.
This happened after the alternator switch. So, I wonder how I can get it up from the outside?

Is your hood (bonnet) stuck closed because of a broken release cable?

If so, you may be able to get access to the cable connection behind the left headlight.
- You might be able to do this from the underside of the vehicle.
- The use of a metal hook / tool maybe needed to access and "grab" the cable.

Or.....

Are you concerned with the fault codes in the [01-Engine]?

P0606 - Internal Control Module: Processor Fault


In either case, we do recommend the use of the Official Factory Repair Information

Thanks for reply. Did as you said it worked very well, I got the bumper loosened. Got his hand in between the lantern and over got thanks in the wire it had jumped off the whole front there. Got loosened the clip and pulled it in so the bonnet loosened
